4預約參觀條款：
參觀住宅物業之流程由發展商安排。下列條款並不構成賣方要約出售。
- 已預約之參觀者仍可能須於發展項目現場排隊輪候方能入場參觀，敬希注意並預留時間。
- 參觀者必須遵守發展商職員之指示及指定的路線進行參觀。
- 僅開放指定住宅物業供參觀。發展項目的其他住宅物業及其他部分恕不開放參觀。
- 發展商保留權利更改及/或取消任何開放參觀之住宅物業，恕不另行通知。
